This project is a customized art sculpture solution for a high-end urban commercial complex. The client committed to building a modern, fashionable and artistic business gathering space, and hoped to take the sculpture as the core visual landscape of the square entrance. The client raised strict requirements on the sculpture’s lightweight design, fashionable shape, high-grade surface effect and long-term anti-fouling and anti-corrosion performance, to match the high-end positioning of the commercial plaza.
In response to the project’s spatial attributes and brand positioning, our design team abandoned conventional rigid geometric shapes and adopted an elegant flowing curve design. We selected premium 304 stainless steel material with fine wire drawing and gradient PVD titanium plating treatment. This material features excellent anti-fingerprint, anti-fouling and anti-oxidation properties, which can maintain a long-lasting new look in crowded commercial outdoor environments and adapt to all kinds of weather conditions.
In the production stage, we adopted integrated digital cutting and precise cold bending technology to ensure the smooth transition of all curved surfaces without dead angles. All welding positions are treated with seamless polishing and secondary finishing, completely eliminating welding marks. For the gradient color electroplating process, we adopted segmented color calibration technology to present a natural and layered metallic luster, which can produce different visual effects with the change of light and shadow, greatly enhancing the fashion sense and artistry of the commercial space.
Considering the pedestrian flow characteristics of the commercial plaza, our technical team optimized the overall structural design. While ensuring the light and beautiful visual effect of the sculpture, we strengthened the internal load-bearing structure and base fixing technology to effectively resist strong winds and external impact, ensuring the safety and stability of long-term use in public commercial areas.
After professional on-site assembly, fine adjustment and overall commissioning, the sculpture was perfectly completed and officially put into use. The finished artwork is highly integrated with the modern architectural style of the commercial complex, becoming a popular artistic landscape and visual landmark of the plaza.
